I’ve been trying to write down more joyful things lately too! I let it slide a bit though. Thanks for the reminder to pick up the habit again.

Yeah, these daily rituals thingy are deceptively easy but it takes effort to keep the streak going. But, it's totally ok to slip a day or two or weeks. I think the point is to do what is good and helpful for your soul.

I have yet to change the habit of bringing my all-in-one notebook to the bedroom so I can jot down those joyful moments, so now I have bits and pieces on paper, and some are lost in my memory. Bah. Will remember to bring my notebook tonight!
